JV1 Head Coach

Coach Lindsey is thrilled to be joining the Oregon basketball family in her first year as the JV1 head coach. Lindsey was a 3 year varsity letter winner at Mount Horeb High School, team captain her senior year, an all-conference player, and a WBCA Academic All State recipient. She also played 7 years of AAU basketball. Freshman year of college, Lindsey attended the University of Iowa where she co-founded and played on the university’s first ever Women’s Club Basketball team. Sophomore year of college, she transferred to Edgewood College where she was a 3-time record-holder hurdler on the Track & Field team. She graduated from Edgewood College in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.

Lindsey’s coaching experience includes 5 years of coaching girls’ AAU basketball for Wisconsin Hoops Select. She also has helped volunteer coach in the Verona High School girls basketball program for the past couple of years. In addition, Lindsey has been a coach for youth teams, summer high school tournaments, local drills & skills camps, and the Milwaukee Bucks youth camps. Lindsey is committed to helping female players be successful both on and off the court. She believes the sport of basketball teaches valuable life lessons.

She currently works as a Registered Nurse in Madison and lives in Fitchburg. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, running, reading, and being with her family and their two dogs (Marla and Phillip).
